Livestock Sales ConditionsTerms & ConditionsThe terms and conditions for transactions with our farm accompany each acknowledgement and invoice. For detailed information prior to placing an order, please contact us. Orders & DepositsWe require a $75.00 deposit to reserve a kid or lamb from a specific breeding, and encourage you to make a second choice. Your deposit is refundable if the stock is not born, or if we decide not to sell it for any reason. CancellationsReserved kids may be canceled with a full refund of deposit up to 2 months prior to shipping date. We reserve the right to keep any stock born on the farm as a herd or flock replacement. PaymentsAll sales will be prepaid before delivery. Accounts may be settled by U.S. check, interbank transfer or cashier’s check drawn on U.S. dollars. A service fee of $25.00 will be charges on all returned checks. PricesAll prices are in US dollars. Prices are subject to change without notice. ConditionsAll orders are subject to lambing and kidding conditions, with the understanding that orders shall be void should injury befall stock from causes beyond our control. Since final quality is ultimately determined after the season’s kidding or lambing, we will substitute if necessary with the closest likeness or similar breeding, upon your approval. Again, we reserve the right to keep any livestock born on the farm as a replacement animal in which case your deposit is fully refundable. We guarantee our animals to be healthy, fertile and otherwise satisfactory and will replace them if they are not. ShippingShipping is from Portland Airport and/or as arranged. All shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer, including health papers, insurance and crate costs. We will provide registration papers, and transportation to the vet and airport. |
